For all talks, courses and tuition provided by Grant Harrold The Royal Butler or HRH Princess Katarina of Yugoslavia & Serbia are 50% non-refundable from the time of booking. The full cost of any of the talks, courses and tuition booked will be refunded if Grant Harrold The Royal Butler cancels them. Should you (the client) cancel you will only receive back the balance of 50% unless there are extenuating circumstances, or your place is taken by a new client.

Once payment has been received you will be contacted by a member of staff from The Royal Butler within 24hrs.

We reserve the right to change or replace in part, or as a whole any of the talks, courses and tuition. At all times clients will be notified about such changes where possible.
